Sales Coordinator


Job description :


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Connect and engage in pre generated leads via inbound and outbound calls to reach out to new customers and explain to them our products.


- Data mining to generate leads, cold calling to contact the purchase department, project managers and engineers, etc.


- Sending greetings via mass mail, messages, etc.


- Up until order closing, preparing and delivering bids and proposals.


- Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills.


- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.


- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.


- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc.


- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.


- Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supplies and payment collection as per plan objective.


Desired Candidate Profile :


- A bachelor's degree in any domain.


- Must have strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and word to create proposals and presentations to customers.


- Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident, Planning & Coordination, CRM, ERP knowledge, Good in Excel/Word.


- Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral).


- To have sound knowledge of MS Office and email communication.


- Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience generation to support the sales teams.


- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
