Key Responsibilities :
1. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
2. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
3. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product range and benefits.
4. Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
5. Follow prepared sales script (with necessary adjustments if needed) to provide accurate information about products, price, features and benefits.
6. Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and construction project details.
7. Identify the customer's key purchase person or commercial head.
8. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the product will add value to their construction projects and meet their requirements.
9. Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs, specifications, volumes, customer's project locations Etc.
10. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
11. Set appointments with prospective interested customers in coordination with Sales Team.
12. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed
