MRE Services - Paid Marketing Specialist (3-7 yrs)

- We seek a talented and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and optimize our company's paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. They will be expected to develop and implement a paid marketing strategy, conduct keyword and audience research, create and test ad copy and creative, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist, a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and metrics, and a track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a paid marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

- Conduct keyword and audience research to identify high-potential targets and create audience segments.

- Create and test ad copy and creative, and optimize campaigns to achieve optimal performance and maximum ROI

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, such as ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and web development, to ensure ad creative is aligned with the overall brand message and website design.

- Stay up-to-date on digital advertising platforms and industry trends, and use this knowledge to improve the paid marketing strategy continuously.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as ad agencies and media buyers.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Specialist or a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation

- Familiarity with ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving measurable results

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (optional)
