We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with technical expertise to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand awareness. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing marketing budgets, and overseeing the company's marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy

- Lead the creation of marketing programs and campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition

- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation programs that drive revenue growth

- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years at a leadership level

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
