Job Description
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, breeders, and pet service providers.
- Manage new sales opportunities through telephone and website requests
- Self-driven and the ability of negotiation and persuasion
- Ask questions and understand customer needs and requirements
- Use a computer-based program to maintain customer information, quotation preparation, & orders
- Follow up on inquiries from customers to secure the order
