- India suffers from unethical breeding in puppy mills, disorganized pet adoption process with insecure payments, unethical re-sale of pets on listing platforms, uninformed pet parents and inexperienced service providers.

- MMP is India's first pet-sensitive end-to-end platform that educates a potential pet parent and aggregates all essential services from sourcing to caring for pets.

Responsibilities :

- Finding and on boarding good breeders and pet service providers.

- Maintain healthy relationship with customers, breeders and pet service providers.

- Manage new sales opportunities through telephone and website requests

- Self-driven and the ability to maintain minimum quota requirements

- Follow company processes and procedures

- Ask questions and understand customer needs and requirements

- Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and give them the best possible service

- Use a computer based program to maintain customer information, quotation preparation, & orders

- Follow up on inquiries from customers to secure the order

- Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers

Skills and Experience :

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (Hindi and English)

- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently

- Experience with high-value sales is a plus

- Experience with outbound telephone sales is a plus

- Previous Management/Supervisory experience is preferred

- Lead Management experience

- Being an animal lover is a plus
