Managing agency relationships:
1. Identifying agencies.
2. Maintaining healthy client relationships
coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team for the timely development of creative.
New Business Development for business expansion
Continuous Performance Evaluation, Training & motivation of the team.
