- The role as a Business Development Manager would be to grow the sales verticals and cultivate business from existing key accounts in the New South Wales, Australia market from commercial and residential builders, developers, landscapers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and home owners.

About You :

- You should be a person who thrives on building and maintaining relationships, someone who is passionate about making a difference.

- You should be a communicator with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and who won't compromise and cut corners.

- You should have the ability to listen. Interpreting a client's needs by repositioning it into sales opportunity is critical.

- You should have excellent analytical and problems solving skills form the cornerstone of your career.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of sales/business development experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Goal driven

- Experience of working with Australian customers would be an advantage

- A strong ethical compass

- Active listening, reasoning abilities

- Ability to evaluate and articulate best in class solutions without compromising on integrity

Key Responsibilities :

- Revenue generation - B2B, B2C through emailing, calling, digital media, and social media platforms

- Development & expansion of our client base

- Key account management

- Assistance in brand development activities

- Monthly / quarterly performance reporting
