Inside Sales Executive
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts identify key players and generate leads.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
- Do the proper mapping of prospects as per company size, region wise and industry wise.
Qualifications :
- MBA with 2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity to close, and engage channel partners as needed and manage the customer relationship through success.
