Whom we are looking for?
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Growth & Marketing team and drive our social media campaigns and help in achieving global Go-To-Market (GTM) goals.
What is the job like?
- Manage communications and build out the right social media content & campaigns for specific GTM goals and events
- Should be able to create compelling copy & design and make social media content for a wide array of influencers that we work with on a regular basis.
- Planning and executing a social media calendar that attracts followers and drives engagement.
- Develop earned media value measurement standards and set up systems for tracking and reporting metrics across all social media channels.
- Keep tabs on what's hot, what's not and what's keeping audiences hooked
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives (email, press releases, social media, blogs,articles, case studies, white papers, newsletters etc.) to drive traffic and engagement
What skills we look for?
- 4+ years of professional experience working in social media marketing & building communities from scratch
- Experience creating compelling copy & design across platforms
- Experience in managing communities on all social media channels and has the ability to strategize across all social media marketing channels including Facebook, Twitter,Quora, Reddit, Discord, Instagram and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media analytics & metrics
- Experience working with in-house and agency creative production teams
- Experience working with influencers and campaigns
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices preferred
- B2B/ SaaS content/marketing experience would be a big plus
