Mount-Fab Packaging - Executive - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting flexible packaging products, including BOPP printed bags, FIBC bulk bags, WPP small bags, and PP woven fabric rolls, in the Indian/domestic market. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, be fluent in English, and hold an MBA in Marketing. This role involves executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team to drive growth in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Product Promotion:
- Assist in the development and execution of product promotion campaigns for the domestic market.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers,etc
Digital Marketing :
- Support digital marketing activities including managing social media accounts, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
Sales Support :
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales initiatives in the Indian market.
- Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Customer Engagement :
- Engage with domestic customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Support customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
Event Coordination :
- Assist in planning and executing participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events in India.
- Coordinate event logistics and promotional activities.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Track and report on marketing activities and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
