Motwane - Manager - Sales (8-15 yrs)
Looking for Marketing / Sales professionals with experience In Oil and Gas Refineries of India.
- Responsible for achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and mix) for the segment (Oil and Gas Refineries of India) in the specified market. Creates detailed business plans, implements with regular follow-up.
- Monitor segment/market trends and strategize the approach accordingly in consultation with Business Development & Sales team.
- Supports local Sales organization to have an effective perception in the target segment(s). Creates and implements the communication, promotion and training activities in the segment. Maintain communication and co-ordination with internal team.
- Ensures the major accounts in the segment(s) are identified and prioritized. May act as Account Manager for one or more major accounts in the Country.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key customers in the target segment. Follows up Motwane's performance in fulfilling their needs and communicates deficiencies and/or opportunities to the respective Business Units/Product Groups.
- Works closely with the relevant Sales organization to help in the identification and capture of future business.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing role.
- Strong product knowledge and experience in medium voltage or high voltage switchgear product portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
