Motozite - Relationship Manager- Sales (1-5 yrs)
Relationship Manager - Sales is one of the most important profiles in our growing startup. As a relationship manager you are expected to understand a customers- need and help them buy what they want to buy. You should have the ability to nurture the customer during the entire purchase journey, advise them without any bias and help them in buying a car that meet their needs.
We are looking for passionate people who love taking challenges and would want to be part of building something new from the scratch. You would be working directly with the founding team.
Key requirement :
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects (if required); responding to inquiries.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or helping in purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; coordinate seamless car delivery.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Enhances company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
