Motilal Oswal - City Head - Corporate Sales (7-20 yrs)
Purpose of Role :
Responsible for acquiring corporate relations for the assigned location individually and with the help of team. Ensuring that Team members gets regular sales from assigned accounts.
Do Key Activities:
Responsible to Acquire corporate relations for the assigned Location
Individually and with the help of team
Retain and service the account regularly
Responsible for the sales and revenue target for the location across products
MIS updation on or before prefix time line
Recruitment, training and retention in co-ordination with H.O
To ensure that the team is up-to-date and hands on sales process, products, policies and MIS.
Expected to follow designed Sales process and compliance norms
Preparing team member's performance- weekly, monthly and Quarterly reviews.
No. wise we look at 15 new corporates to be acquired every month,600 new client to be added with 5 cr. of AUM and 5 Lacs of premium
Educational Qualifications :
Prior Experience : 5-7 yrs. of corporate sales experience, 3-5 yrs. in sales of Investment products, 2-3 yrs. of Team management
Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
IT Skills : Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc
Behavioural :
People Management : Knowledge of financial products
Assertion : Process orientation
Ability to develop repo : Good presentation skills
Planning and Organizing : Customer orientation
Interpersonal/ relationship management skills
