Motherhood Hospital - Corporate Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- To have a clear idea about the market opportunities available amongst corporate companies in our micro market for revenue generation on an ongoing basis.
- To have the right contacts amongst the HR department (read as HR leaders/ team members responsible for the wellness of the employees).
- To know the right contacts in TPA / Insurance Companies / Insurance Brokers / Health Aggregators for the empanelment of the hospital.
- To know the right contacts in TPA/ Insurance Companies / Insurance Brokers / Health Aggregators in the wellness team.
- Responsible for the empanelment of the hospital and renewal of contracts with corporate companies, insurance companies, TPA- s, Health Aggregators & Insurance Brokers. Hence, he/ she should have experience in negotiating the rates.
- Responsible for making the plan and implementation of the market activation of the hospital services which includes and not limited to promoting specialist doctors (read as Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Paediatrics).
- Understanding of hospital services is a must.
- Experience of a minimum of 2 to 3 years in the above points is a must.
