Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial marketing, particularly in specialty lubricants, and will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining key customer relationships in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain sales as per departmental targets in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and business partners.
- Expand the sales team and distribution network for all products and services offered by the company.
- Strategize and implement sales enhancement schemes and assist team members in sales promotional activities.
- Maintain key performance ratios for the Technical Services department.
- Provide insights on market trends, threats, and opportunities to management.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's reporting system.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering or any discipline; Diploma in a Technical field is preferred.
- 8-11 years of experience in industrial marketing, with a minimum of 4-5 years in specialty lubricants.
- Strong networking skills with industry experts and familiarity with industries such as Steel, Cement, Heavy Engineering, Textiles, Auto, and Power Plants.
