Mosil Lubricant - Regional Manager - Sales (12-15 yrs)
Job Title: Regional Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Objectives: Establish sales quotas and prepare the sales budget to achieve yearly targets.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and implement structured sales programs.
- Team Leadership: Monitor, coach, and mentor the sales team while ensuring fair treatment and effective training.
- Leave Management: Plan and approve team leaves to maintain productivity.
- Performance Management: Conduct appraisals and coordinate with HR on employee issues, focusing on retention.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers and key OEMs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve product or service complaints efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Business Development: Develop plans for OEMs and improve aftermarket sales.
Specific Work Requirements :
- Education: Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; Marketing Management is desirable.
- Experience: 12-15 years in the related industry (preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of sales and marketing principles; ability to handle pressure and think creatively.
Performance Metrics :
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Securing OEM approvals.
- Effective management of discounts.
- Training and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Development of new business initiatives.
Reporting :
Monthly and quarterly dashboards and plans, reviewing strategic objectives and action plans annually.
