Mosaic Wellness - Copywriter - Influencer Marketing (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented copywriter to join our influencer marketing team. You will play a crucial role in developing engaging and persuasive scripts for influencer collaborations. You will collaborate closely with the influencer marketing team, content creators, and various stakeholders to ensure the success of influencer campaigns and further establish our brand presence.
Role:
- Copy writing for Influencer and Celebrity Collaborations
- Develop creative concepts: Brainstorm and develop innovative and compelling script ideas that integrate our products seamlessly into the influencer's content. Strive to create scripts that are authentic, engaging, and shareable.
- Write persuasive scripts: Craft persuasive, well-structured scripts that communicate the brand's key messages effectively while maintaining the influencer's unique voice.
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all scripts align with the brand's voice, values, and image, - maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with influencers: Work closely with influencers to refine scripts, incorporate their creative input, and address any concerns or suggestions they may have.
- Review and edit: Conduct thorough reviews and edits of the scripts to eliminate any errors and optimize the content for maximum impact.
- Should be comfortable in both Hindi and English with a deep understanding of colloquialisms.
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
- Push the team and co-collaborators to work cohesively.
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a copywriter with D2C brands and/or, pedigreed digital/ social media agencies.
- A strong portfolio of content creation across formats and platforms.
- Familiarity with latest social media trends, consumer trends and best practices in influencer marketing. Leverage this knowledge to create content that is relevant, engaging, and shareable.
- Ability to communicate a brand's message through copy and customise it according to the audience.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus!
- Familiarity with the digital startup ecosystem
- Creative problem solver.
