Morpheus IVF Clinics - Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Reporting To: - ABM/Business Head & CFS
Desired qualifications & Skills:
- Should have a very good knowledge of the area and share a good rapport with all leading doctors.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years- work experience in fertility related business, age not over 40 yrs.
- Experience in leading Pharma companies specializing in Gynecological products.
Job Responsibilities :
- Providing doctors with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns
- Getting referrals from all leading Gynecologists & General Practitioner's in the city and peripheral areas, and conduct activities to ensure regular flow of referrals through these doctors
- Develop a cordial relationship with all the doctors
- Meet the Monthly Revenue target for the center
- Create opportunities for conducting CME / doctor contact programs regularly as part of the business development activity
- Develop and implement the monthly marketing activity plan in coordination with partner doctor & head office
- Organize events like fertility camps / patient contact programs on an ongoing basis
- To prepare MSL for particular area.
- Management of consultancy fees for HCD / PDC & other doctors.
- To achieve quarterly target of each marketing activities.
- To visit focus doctors on regular basis & generate business from them
- Management of branding at centers FCC / HCD / PDC & other consulting doctors
- Punctuality in daily & other reports
- To prepare travel & activity Plans.
