About the Role
At Viral Internet Brands, we are redefining performance marketing for e-commerce brands owned by our French parent company. As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing data-driven advertising strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
This is a senior-level role requiring extensive hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine every aspect of the paid search funnel, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Design & Execution:
- Architect and manage high-budget PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve ambitious performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
- Implement precise audience segmentation and targeting to enhance relevance and conversion rates.
2. Data-Driven Optimization:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Data Studio, and Tableau to monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Adjust bidding strategies using automated rules, scripts, and AI-based tools like Optmyzr or SA360.
- Conduct multi-channel attribution analysis to allocate budgets effectively and uncover untapped growth opportunities.
3. Advanced Testing & Experimentation:
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify high-performing elements.
- Experiment with Smart Bidding strategies (e.g., Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) and manual adjustments for maximum efficiency.
4. Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:
- Work closely with the analytics team to define KPIs and actionable insights for campaign performance.
- Align with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Maintain seamless communication with our headquarters in France to align campaigns with overall brand objectives.
5. Reporting & Insights:
- Build and present in-depth performance dashboards using Google Data Studio or Power BI.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns, ideally for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns while optimizing ROI metrics like ROAS and CPA.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with campaign automation and tools such as Optmyzr, Search Ads 360 (SA360), or Kenshoo (Skai).
- Strong understanding of tracking, tagging, and conversion attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Exceptional skills in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with advanced attribution models, including multi-touch and time-decay attribution.
- Creative Problem-Solving:
- Ability to craft innovative ad strategies and compelling copy that drive conversions.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
- Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.

- Salary: - 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 per year (fixed) + performance-based bonuses and incentives.
