Morning Fresh - Sales Coordinator/Sales Operations Manager (4-10 yrs)
This candidate will have previous experience in an operations role and comfortable using billing software like Tally, able to keep basic accounts and good with documentation and report generation. This position is based out of the head office in Bangalore and does not require field work. This role is reporting to the GM Sales and Executive Director
Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate with the Sales Head & generate Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly Sales Forecast
2. Coordinate with Manufacturing Head to ensure there is no stock out based in Sales Forecast/s and dispatch the required stock to Distributors / trade in time at least cost
3. Coordinate with Marketing Head and ensure there is no stock out on marketing collaterals
4. Coordinate with distributors for reports & claims
5. Coordinate with Sales team for reports & claims
6. Coordinate with Accounts Manager for claims to be settled on time
7. Give timely MIS to the Co-Founder and Management
