Morning Fresh - Executive - Sales Operations (5-6 yrs)
We are looking for Bcom Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in an FMCG company / Distribution / CFA setup will be preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office and Exposure to Tally accounting software would be an advantage.
Key accountability :
1. Manage the complete distribution operations - Direct to Retail, Distributors and Ecommerce
2. Manage and Operate Company Warehouse, Ensure best Practices, Process and Systems for controls and Inventory Management - On time despatch, FIFO, Zero Variance
3. Ensure adequate stock availability all the time at Warehouse as per the Sales plan-Coordinate with sales team on a regular basis.
4. Ensure timely daily route servicing as per the route plan, Selling and distribution, coordinate in Sales accounting and Route settlements and collections on a daily basis with the Accounts team.
5. Complete Distribution management in terms of Collections, follow-ups, accounting, claims adjustments through Debit notes / Credit note in coordination with the Account Executive and the Sales Team .
6. Responsible for the adequate tracking and maintenance of All other assets - Including Fleet, Marketing materials and Samples etc
7. Logistics Management - Cost effective methods for Transportation for all India distribution, Freight negotiation, Reverse Logistics and Ecommerce operations.
8. Track, measure and Control the distribution cost - Warehouse / Fleet / Transport / Reverse Logistics / Handling cost.
