Moringa Techsolv is a leading software product company operating in the regulatory compliance technology space, serving BFSI (banking, financial services & insurance) clients.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Moringa TechSolv. The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of our Software product solutions within the BFSI sector in the Indian market. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and growth.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

- Conduct client meetings, demo presentations, and attend industry events.

- Collaborate with the product development team to align client needs with product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles in core banking software/product solutions.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Indian market.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including regulatory requirements, compliance, AML, and LOS systems.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility for client needs and travel requirements.

- Willingness to travel within India for client meetings, demo presentations, industry events, and business development activities.
