MoreYeahs - Sales Development Role (1-5 yrs)

As we launch widely into the employer benefit marketplace, we are growing our sales team and are looking for several rock star Sales Development Representatives to own the building of a robust lead and opportunity generation engine for our sales team. Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the energy and the driving force that make our aggressive sales and company growth goals possible.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team by prioritizing leads within accounts
- Manage a high volume of daily activity, including emails and cold calls, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers to discuss our services
- Leverage our sales development technology stack (Growbot, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) for consistent production of new qualified leads, converting them to scheduled meetings and supporting the sales process all the way to close
- Become an expert in our business and the business of our customers
- Critically evaluate our sales process and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost
- Experiment and iterate to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions explaining our services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year in B2B sales or sales development with a demonstrated track record in new business opportunity development
- Experience within the human capital, employee benefits, HR Tech/HR SaaS, or corporate wellness space is desirable
- Entrepreneurial spirit and authentic love of human interactions
- Ability to self direct your daily/weekly/monthly tasks and collaborate in an early-state, startup environment
- Results-driven mentality with the ability to bounce back from disappointments and challenges
- Openness to give, receive and incorporate direct feedback and constructive criticism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in the mission of Task Human and in being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group.
