Profile - Sales Development Representative
We are looking to assemble a team of Sales Development Representatives to deliver on this mission and provide critical support to workers. We are building a cutting-edge sales process and team and need an all-star to execute and strategize with leadership to continually improve the process and deliver results.
In this role, you will:
1) Take ownership of building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team by prioritizing leads within accounts.
2) Manage a high volume of activity, including emails and cold calls, with the ultimate goal to set meetings with qualified customers to discuss our services.
3) Become an expert in our business and the business of our customers.
4) Critically evaluate our sales process and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't.
5) Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost.
6) Experiment and iterate to create high-converting, personalized customer introductions explaining our services.
7) Leverage our sales development technology stack, Growbot, ZoomInfo, HubSpot for consistent production of new qualified leads
- Converting them to scheduled meetings and supporting the sales process all the way to close.
8) Have the opportunity to advance to an Account Executive role with proven performance.
An ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A college degree, Bachelors or higher
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Results-driven mentality, with demonstrated proactivity in the face of obstacles
- Extroversion and an authentic love of people
- 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
- A proven track record of sales development success is required.
- Experience working with CRM & email automation tools (e.g. HubSpot etc.) is required.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, Apollo.io, etc. is valuable.
- Fluency in English.
