Job Description: Lead Business Developer (IT Sales)

Location: Remote/Onsite

Experience: 6+ years in enterprise-level IT sales

Preferred Market Focus: USA, Gulf Countries

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and manage enterprise-level clients in the USA market.

- Leverage personal and professional connections to open doors with key stakeholders in Fortune 500 and large enterprises.

Enterprise Sales Expertise:

- Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.

- Position the organization as a trusted partner for enterprise IT solutions, including SaaS, cloud services, custom software, and emerging technologies.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Relationship Management:

- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

- Establish the company as a thought leader by leveraging industry connections and attending relevant events or conferences.

Market Insights & Strategy:

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and create market-driven solutions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor the business development team to meet collective and individual sales targets.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

- Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast sales revenue.

- Use data insights to improve sales processes and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level IT sales, particularly in the USA market.

- Strong personal network with decision-makers in enterprise businesses across industries.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- In-depth understanding of IT solutions, including SaaS, cloud platforms, custom software development, and digital transformation services.

- Hands-on experience in CRM tools and sales analytics.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
