1. Business Development :
- Maximizing new business development opportunities (Grooming Products /Cosmetics).
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your Distributors & Out Lets base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Ensure compliance with company's scheme policies and operational guidelines Continuously manages administrative functions to ensure quality and timeliness.
2. Sales Management :
- Managing, motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Manage Healthy ROI for Business Associates
- Ensure adequate availability of Company Products Develop efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
- Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to GM.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
3. Team Management :
- Selection, Recruitment and Retaining of right talent in Sales Team
- Manage Effective Induction of New Joiners
- To Support and Manage the Team Members to achieve their Business Targets
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
