Responsibilities :
- Responding to queries via chat and email and offer customer support.
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems to our end users while trading in our exchange.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
