Required Capabilities :
- Review design briefs and identify project requirements
- Coordinate project timelines and set budget limits
- Generate visual concepts in line with project specifications
- Create initial drafts and pitch ideas
- Create illustrations, logos, and designs digitally or traditionally
- Choose suitable color schemes and layouts for each design
- Collaborate with writers and creative team to finalize designs
- Test graphics on different platforms
- Revise designs based on feedback
- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetic and are visually engaging
Expectations :
- Proven graphic designing capability
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
