Monsanto - Consultant - Marketing (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Work in close conjunction with marketing team to develop and execution of new initiatives
- Play active role in development working with stakeholders for the needs/ requirements
- Coordinate with the vendor and internal stakeholder for the timely development and roll out
- Work in internal and external stakeholder like sales team to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives
- Implementation actions, follow up and timelines
- Tracking the key metrics and analysis to drive data driven action
- Enhancing and Executing Digital marketing initiative
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder to enhancement functionality of digital platforms (like Dr DEKALB etc)
- Work with cross-functional team (sales/TD/mktg) to ensure execution of all critical activities for successful launch of digital initiatives right from content development and publishing of the same
- Tracking the key metrics and analysis to drive data driven action
- Coordinate with Customer Insight COE to execute Market Research
- Leverage existing (transactional and otherwise) data and drive/deliver analytical models that enable customer strategy related decision making
Qualifications:
- MBA with 3-5-year experience in project management of marketing initiatives
- Experience in Digital Projects
- Develop strong relationships, networks, and working cross functional team
- Quantitative and analytical skills - Data analysis (Ability to discern and interpret data)
- PowerPoint skills
- Excellent Communicator
