Responsibilities :

- Make initial cold calls to prospect clients and arrange meeting.

- Send follow up emails for request for meeting.

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.

- Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

- Assisting the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals.

- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales

- Producing quality advertising material for company products and services

- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.

- Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

- Achieve specified targets within deadline.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong experience in the IT service industry.

- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

- Comfort and confidence with cold calling.

- Should be willing to work keeping in mind UK/US work hours.

- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics

- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication skills via phone and email.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Strong closing skills.
