Key Responsibilities :


Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting services to new and existing clients.


Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.


Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Product Presentation & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demos, highlighting the features and benefits of IT solutions tailored to clients' business needs.


Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.


Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and offerings.


CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.


Requirements : -


Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT sales (software, hardware, or IT services), with a track record of achieving sales targets.


Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.


Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, enterprise software, hardware, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.


Education: Bachelor's degree.
