Job summary:

This role is ideal for Customer Experience professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to assist customers with technical inquiries, guide them through our product features, and ensure a seamless and positive experience with our product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to address technical issues related to our products.

- Provide prompt support via email, chat, and other communication channels.

- Efficiently resolve customer queries by offering appropriate solutions and troubleshooting steps.

- Accurately document customer interactions and support activities in CRM software.

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.

- Exhibit empathy and deliver compassionate support to patients and caregivers.

- Maintain professionalism and courtesy, particularly in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any graduate (a background in science or life sciences is an advantage).

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in customer service/ support (Mandatory)

- Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English is mandatory; proficiency in any other South Indian language is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity and professionalism.

- Logical and analytical thinking abilities to resolve customer queries effectively.

- Basic proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
