MoneyTap - Manager - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)

We need someone who is passionate about sales and customer success. And can set up the entire process from scratch.

We are in the finance domain and hence we need to build a relationship with the end consumer based on trust and transparency. This is a tech heavy company and we want to use all the tools available to ensure we convert the customers. In the process, set up a system that can be scaled using technology. Evaluating various prices of technology and integrating them in the product flow will also be important. Working with the marketing, product and support teams will be critical.

The person should also be energetic, bold and a self starter. We are looking for someone who is keen on being part of a small, young and dynamic company in one of India's fastest growing and most promising sectors.

Knowledge about the financial industry is a BIG plus.

Responsibilities

- Own and set up the Inside Sales function

- Ensure we reach out to the customer at critical points of the process

- Proactively call customers based on their profile and lifecycle

- Set up a process to scale this using technology

- Manage TAT and quality of customer communication

- Build MIS that will help in converting more customers

- Work with product and marketing team to ensure the feedback from customers is ploughed back into the product so the selling can happen right from the app.

Other requirements

- Excellent command over the English language. A MUST.

- Local language knowledge is a plus.

- High commitment levels

- Must have high Aptitude, which indicates high ability to learn new stuff (absolutely needed)

- Must be humble

- Must be interested in changing the world. Or at least, transforming an Industry creating and pushing out the Differentiated Value of the product. (Yes, it's possible. We- re doing it. )

- Exceptionally high work ethics and integrity
