MoneyTap - Manager - Customer Success (2-3 yrs)
We need someone who is passionate about customer success and delighting the customer.
We are a new company and we want to treat our early customers to the best possible support and service. Once the customer takes our product, it's important that we handhold the customer through the lifecycle.
In the process, set up a system that can be scaled using technology. Evaluating various prices of technology and integrating them in the product flow will also be important. Working with our banking partners and with internal teams to resolve customer queries is also critical to set up a long lasting and sustainable process.
The person should also be energetic, bold and a self starter. We are looking for someone who is keen on being part of a small, young and dynamic company in one of India's fastest growing and most promising sectors.
Knowledge about the financial industry is a BIG plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience, end to end (post download of the app)
- Manage inbound queries that the customers might have
- Proactively call customers based on their profile and lifecycle
- Manage the post-sale relationship with the customer
- Set up a process to scale this using technology
- Work with internal team members and external partners to resolve customer concerns
- Manage TAT and quality of customer support
- Build MIS that will highlight the issues
- Work with product to ensure the customer issues are being proactively addressed in the product flow
- Work with marketing to ensure customer communication is also proactively addressing concerns
Other requirements
- Excellent command over the English language. A MUST.
- Local language knowledge is a plus.
- High commitment levels
- Must have high Aptitude, which indicates high ability to learn new stuff (absolutely needed)
- Must be humble
- Must be interested in changing the world. Or at least, transforming an Industry creating and pushing out the Differentiated Value of the product. (Yes, it's possible. We- re doing it. )
- Exceptionally high work ethics and integrity
