Job schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am -6:30 pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In Sr .SIB profile you have to connect with TPO's i.e training & placements officers of different colleges and institutions brief them about the soft skill and training courses and as per that schedule the training that our company RUBICON is offering.
Basically, you will be acting as an intermediary between the college's TPO department and the company and thereby enhancing the network for the company.
Requirement :
1. Good communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
3. 0-6 Month experience preferred.
4. Team handling.
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Reporting to AM Institutional Business within the Department.
2. Sharing 3 Project Reports (Project Plan, Project Progress and project Status) in a day.
3. Connecting to the various TPO's of the colleges in order to get trainings to be held in their Campuses.
4. Working for the trainings to be held on 'Target Based'
5. Creating a good rapport with the TPO's and creating networks in the Educational institutions.
6. Working closely in 'Campus Connects' and 'Placements' of the colleges.
7. New joiners who excel in the same will be allotted team in order to get the required amount of training targets completed.
Commercials :
1. Rs. 15,000 /- first month, contract based
2. Rs. 18,000 /- (Post contract confirmation) based on the performance in contract period.
