- Approach inactive clients as per process set by the management
- Understand client needs/ concerns, clear his doubts, explain value add from mncl
- Develop rapo with the clients and explore the relationship to optimum level
- Over a period of time expand the relationship to the next level
Mandatory skills :
- Passion for broking/markets/stocks
- Basic knowledge of equities/financial markets
- Good communication skills - fluent in english/gujarati/hindi verbal communication, ability to understand and follow processes set by the management
- Capable to understand client needs and explain company value addition to the client
