Mona Townships - Manager - Sales (2-10 yrs)
KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Sales
a. Identify and appoint prospective channel partners in the region, generating business from the existing partner, thereby achieving business targets.
b. Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.
c. Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
d. Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.
e. Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
f. Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
g. Maximize sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, demonstrating creativity and flair on the sales floor, motivating the dealers and creating a sales environment.
- Customer Relationship Management
a. Create a customer service culture, always putting the customer needs first.
b. Ensure continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels.
c. Demonstrate excellent customer service to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions.
d. Communicate promotional offers and additional sales opportunities to the team.
e. Negotiate with prospective customers in order to maximize the profits
