KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES :
Channel Sales :
- Identify and appoint prospective channel partners in the region, generating business from the existing partner, thereby achieving business targets.
- Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.
- Ensure each segment and project meets the sales targeted from channels.
- Develop and drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office and team distributed at project sites.
- Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
- Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners.
- Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
- Maximize sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, demonstrating creativity and flair on the sales floor, motivating the dealers and creating a sales environment.
