Mona Townships - AGM/Senior Manager - Channel Sales - Commercial Project (4-8 yrs)
KEY DELIVERABLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES :
a. Identify and appoint prospective channel partners in the region, generating business from the existing partner, thereby achieving business targets.
b. Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.
c. Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
d. Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same.
e. Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
f. Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
g. Maximize sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge, demonstrating creativity and flair on the sales floor, motivating the dealers and creating a sales environment.
