Mologix - B2B Digital Content Writer (2-5 yrs)
Does the thought of explaining a complex technology or business problem to your neighbor down the street or writing about it for a publication like Fast Company excite you? Do you possess the technical know-how of a creative writer along with the wordsmithing prowess of a budding novelist? As the technical content writer and creator for Digital Miles content team, you will be expected to possess the background in B2B writing and the writing chops to present technical concepts or ideas that may be dry and complex on the surface in engaging and understandable ways.
You- ll work very closely with a dedicated team that includes design, SEO/SMM/Research, and user experience people to produce marketing content such as whitepapers, website copy, sales kit collateral, product sheets, blogs, and infographics. As you can expect, content creation is a key part of the company's thought leadership and campaigns planned for the year, so the team will work closely with the founders of the company and reflect the needs of marketing, sales, and product management.
Our new team member will be able to:
- Explain the benefits of a marketing automation & Digital growth hacking technologies to our stakeholders/clients as well
- Write compelling technical and business whitepapers (the non-boring, non-jargony kind)
- Work closely with design and web teams to create mind-blowing (or at least - mind-engaging- ) web page copy, case studies, infographics, product sheets, web page copy
- Help craft the voice of Digital Miles to both technical and business audiences
- Use internal and external knowledge sources to quickly gain the understanding of a new product or feature
Our new team member will possess the following qualifications:
- Passion for writing
- Creative writing background in either business or have had exposure to articles/blogs/proposal with visual presentation skills
- Ability to break down complex subjects into digestible and interesting tidbits
- In-depth, proven knowledge of Digital Miles clients, their product and/or the enterprise software/digital market
