Moksha Finance - Relationship Manager - Sales - LAP (3-4 yrs)
Job Brief :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Relationship Manager with a strong background in the finance industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of marketing experience in the finance field, with a deep understanding of products such as bank/NBFC loans (Business Loans, Housing Loans, Cash Credit, Overdrafts, and Loan Against Property). As an RM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our financial products and services. A self-driven and result-oriented professional with an MBA, M.com, or BBA qualification and a personal 2-wheeler is a perfect fit for this role.
Primary Responsibility :
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the assigned territory or market segment.
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and proactively market financial products (loans and related services) to potential customers.
- Product Promotion : Effectively communicate and promote various financial products offered by the organization to prospective clients.
- Sales Targets : Achieve sales targets by effectively managing leads, conversions, and client retention strategies.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Cross-Selling : Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products to clients to meet their needs.
- Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and sales related activities.
- Compliance : Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance at all times.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the finance industry, particularly in bank/NBFC loans (Business Loans, Housing Loans, Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), Term Loans limit, and Loan Against Property).
Educational qualifications : MBA, M.com, or BBA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Must possess a personal 2-wheeler for travel within the assigned territory.
