Mojocare - Associate - Marketing (2-6 yrs)

- The Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving strong brand awareness and reputation for the company by leveraging marketing campaigns, media, events, and other marketing materials and efforts. This role will report to the CEO & Design Director and will lead marketing activation's for the company. The ultimate goal is to drive awareness and interest in the company and support a predictable flow of qualified business opportunities by working with the business development and client relationship teams.

- We want someone who can take a strong data driven marketing approach to bring design value and the process challenges to clients, stakeholders and the general communication. Someone who appreciates the elegance of great campaigns and human communication while also possessing the ability to identify and communicate design value. We want someone who can communicate the studio point of view effectively, using industry-specific terminology to articulate our ideas. Someone who has a good understanding of design and isn't afraid to take calculated risks when necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and lead the execution of a 12-month marketing activation plan for the company, drawing on market insights, previous campaigns, and market needs.

- Collaborate with leadership, business development, and PM teams to identify opportunities for marketing activation's and campaigns.

- Ensure tight project management, insightful reporting on success metrics, and work across teams to ensure the activation plan is delivered.

- Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with the business strategy and goals.

- Design and build a high-functioning lead-generation process, including lead qualification and working with external agencies for short-term lead-generation activities.

- Maintain and update the company's website on a regular basis and create a low-cost back-linking plan.

- Create and execute a content strategy that tells a compelling story about the company and its services, and measure marketing KPI's across social media platforms.

- Build the company's branding through clients, employees, and followers, and cultivate new and existing media and public relationships to showcase the company's work and generate demand for the business.

- Work with leadership to develop business strategies for various global markets and industries, create an opportunities calendar for networking, and manage company-hosted events for clients and prospects.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Experience in a B2B company is a must.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness

- Experience with Digital Marketing and social media marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the industry or related field is a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : 600,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year
