- As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals, ensuring that they are well-informed about the benefits and usage of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Promotion : Effectively communicate the features and benefits of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through presentations, meetings, and educational events.

2. Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for continuous product improvement.

3. Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Address customer queries and concerns promptly.

4. Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, promoting product awareness, and securing commitments from healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend our products.

5. Product Training : Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of product features, usage, and benefits.

6. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare regular reports for management.

7. Compliance : Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in promotional activities. Stay informed about and comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
