Brief :
We are looking for an RM business vertical manager who can lead the overall strategy and growth of the unit. The incumbent will be responsible for GTM formulation, Supplier side tie-ups and customer acquisition. He will be expected to make short and long-term business plans and execute the same.
Job Responsibilities :
Team Management : People and their individual growth is one of the core Moglix principles. The desired candidate is expected to lead a team of at least 10-20 people, and be responsible for team's performance and development.
Account Management : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows
Hunter Instinct : Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners
- Strategize entry across industry segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment rate for all orders.
- Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables
An ideal candidate would be :
- Having Engineering and MBA background (Tier I/II)
- Having min 2-3 year of relevant work experience in commodities like Steel, Zinc etc
- Should have managed a territory preferably North
- Strong key account management skills and strong negotiator
- Should have strong product knowledge, and must be good at market tracking
- Must be a solid executioner and problem solver
- Should have X-10X mindset
- Should have managed a business volume of 5-10 Cr on monthly basis
