We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
4+ years of relevant experience in Key Account management, farming, hunting of new accounts and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space. Consultative sales & Account mgmt experience would be preferred
Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Education : B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
- Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders
- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Excellent communication & people management skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
