Role Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
- Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them to cash cows.
- Maintain and develop data for sales growth and margin improvement.
- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Ensure complete sanity in AR, work on pendency with account wise reconciliation.
- Team handling capability along with maintaining customer relationship
