ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Business Development to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have to work for large enterprises hunting, with experience spanning 0 to 10 years. This role involves acquiring new customers, driving large and complex deals, and engaging with CXOs to foster meaningful relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES / OPPORTUNITY
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand Moglix's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree & MBA from a reputed institute
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
