Roles & Responsibility :
- New Accounts Hunting & Account Management - getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them & converting them to consistent key accounts
- Account Management & Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing/farming key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Drive customer NPS and manage key customer relationships by driving value
- Should be able to grow accounts by driving Moglix value proposition
- P&L management of accounts handled
- End to end responsibility from order to fulfilment for key accounts
- Role would require travelling to customer location
Work Experience :
- 3+ year in B2B/ Industrial/Manufacturing sectors.
- Industry: New Gen/B2B Commerce/Industrial products/Machinery.
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage
