Moglix - Deputy Manager - Enterprise Sales (2-5 yrs)
Moglix's Enterprise business needs steller leaders to run and grow the business unit in skyrocketing speed managing sales operations, back-end processes, supply chain, order delivery, business partnership with suppliers, LSPs to mention a few of a whole gamut of daily activities to be done
Primary roles & responsibilities :
To make ensure :
1. All order delivery on time
2. Quotes to customers to win POs
3. Growing sales share in the key accounts
4. Meeting monthly sales targets
5. Meeting monthly operations expense & cost target
6. Coordinating with Finance, accounting to reconcile monthly P&L reports
Skills required - only leadership qualities expected for this role :
1. Must have experience in selling in B2B channel
2. Analytical background in undergrad preferred (Engg, Economics, Science, Bcom)
3. Min 1 year in a managerial role
4. Strong in leadership skills
5. Excellent in communications, interpersonal skills
6. Go-getter with never give-up attitude
7. Thoroughly hands-on with leading by example
8. Detail-oriented but result-oriented
